Our Friendly Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Impact Core Fitness purchase!
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund or replacement. Why? Returns create a carbon footprint, and we're all about being kind to the planet.
Here's how it works:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please send a picture of the damaged or defective item to info@impactcorefitness.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll review it and get a refund or replacement sent out to you.
- Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered, please send a picture of the incorrect item to info@impactcorefitness.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll correct the mistake right away.
- Item Not as Described (within reason): If the item significantly differs from its description on our website, please contact us at info@impactcorefitness.com with details and a picture if applicable, within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to find a solution.
Once your request is approved, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. And the best part? You can often keep the item or donate it – no need to send it back!
